Nightmares are made of this! A creepy bony skeleton hand hair clip with a Victorian lace sleeve cuff with a red crystal detail sits upon an antiqued textured clay sliver clip base. All details are handmade with polymer clay.
On the reverse of the spooky hair clip, you will find a 3" metal hair clip with a good strong closure. Pinch the sides to open and click to fasten. Ideal for medium thick hair.

Is this skeleton hand barrette suitable for thick hair?
This skeleton hand barrette works best in medium to thick hair. For very thick hair, use it to secure a smaller section in a half-up hairstyle, or browse my ponytail barrettes for very thick hair. The clasp should close comfortably without forcing it.
Does the skeleton hand open and close to grip my hair?
The skeleton hand is decorative. Your hair is held by a separate metal French barrette clasp underneath the sculpted design.
Is the Victorian sleeve cuff made from real lace?
The lace-style cuff is sculpted from polymer clay rather than fabric. I shape and paint the details to create the appearance of a miniature Victorian sleeve.
Is this skeleton hand hair barrette durable?
Yes! Polymer clay contains plasticizers and cures into a strong material that retains some flexibility. This gothic hair barrette is suitable for regular wear. Use the metal clasp to open and close it rather than pulling on the sculpted fingers.
