Shipping and Processing Policy
PROCESSING TIME
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, especially for custom orders or out-of-stock items. For details, see individual items for individual listing processing times.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
I try to ship products out within 3 days of placing your order, or 5-7 days for larger or more complicated pieces, usually by USPS Ground Advantage Mail. If you need faster service, select a different service during checkout! Note that priority overseas shipping can get very expensive, so contact me for a quote before placing your order, and I’ll do the best I can to find a reasonably priced shipping method for you.
These are estimated shipping times for standard shipping with USPS this including free shipping (when offered).
USA:
Ground Advantage - 3-7 business days
Priority - 2-3 business days
Priority Express - Next day -2 days
Canada: 10-14 business days
International - 14+ days depending on location -
Shipping guidelines do not factor in delays due to weather, holidays, or postal issues which are beyond my control

Shipping costs for Domestic orders are a flat rate for the service selected. In very rare cases, large orders or exceptionally bulky items may be subject to our oversized rate, based on the total weight of the order.
International orders are based on size, weight, and destination country.

To allow enough time for your order to arrive by December 24th, please place your order by the dates listed below. THIS IS A GUIDELINE ONLY.
I AM UNABLE TO GUARANTEE ORDER ARRIVALS BEFORE CHRISTMAS DAY. Please anticipate delays with postal deliveries. Orders may be placed after these suggested deadlines, but may not arrive before December 24th. Place your orders early to avoid disappointment.

PLEASE NOTE: Listed dates factor in the time required to make, wrap and ship your order. Orders placed after these dates cannot be rush priority, as processing times still apply. Shipping deadlines do not factor in delays due to weather or postal stalls which are out of our control.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import duties that may apply. I can not be responsible for delays due to customs. Country of Origin for all products is USA. Contents and value will be clearly stated on any customs forms to try and avoid any unnecessary delays. Refunds for refused packages that are returned will be issued less a 15% restocking fee and less original shipment cost.
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING DAMAGES
All of my pieces ship securely in either double or triple layer bubble wrap envelopes, or in small boxes for more structured pieces. If you experience any damage of your package and items as a result of shipping please contact immediately. Photos of packaging materials and any damage to items will be required to process a replacement or refund.
