Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges

I will gladly accept cancellations and returns.

If you wish to return an item, please contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

I do not accept returns on earrings for health and hygiene reasons.  All earring sales are final. 

Due to the nature of my products, I cannot offer exchanges at this time. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and to provide tracking on return label. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and will be deducted from customer’s refund. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Returned items lost in mail without tracking will not be refunded. 

Damages

All of my pieces ship securely in either double or triple layer bubble wrap envelopes, or in small boxes for more structured pieces. If you experience any damage of your package and items as a result of shipping please contact immediately.  Photos of packaging materials and any damage to items will be required to process a replacement or refund.

Earrings: Most of the earrings listed have nickel-free ear wires.  If you have a sensitivity towards nickel in jewelry, please email me before ordering and I will help you with your requirements.
