Bead Embroidery Lace Choker Necklace

A stunning one of a kind hand beaded gothic lace choker necklace that creates drama and mystique to a simple black dress.  Measuring 6 inches by 4.75 inches this statement necklaces is an impressive size to give plenty of  wow factor to your look.

This design started with an exquisite piece of Venice lace applique that I hand beaded with black, hematite, silver and deep red tiny glass seed beads.  Next incorporating shimmering fire polish crystals in the same color families to create the floral details.  Allowing the lace to guide me with the design, I added little metal coils to add texture and interest to the bib necklace.  All these details lead up to the center focal cabochon, a beautiful arrowhead hematite gemstone.

The back of this goth Victorian Choker is finished with a smooth soft faux leather with a black bead edging all around that leads up to a hand beaded flat chain with red crystal detail and a hematite magnetic barrel clasp with a very strong hold giving a nice streamlined finish to the chain and comfort at the back of the neck. .

The drop of this collar necklace is 10 inches so it sits high at the neck giving it a comfortable choker look.
