Product FAQs
Product FAQs
What does the Gemini symbol on this hair clip mean?
The Gemini symbol resembles the Roman numeral II and represents the Twins. Gemini is traditionally associated with birthdays from May 21 to June 20. In astrology, this air sign is linked with curiosity, communication, and adaptability.
Is this Gemini hair barrette suitable for fine hair?
I recommend this zodiac barrette for medium to thick hair. Its smooth metal clasp has no added grips, so it may slide in fine or thin hair. Securing a section with a small clear elastic before adding the barrette can help provide extra hold.
Is the metal barrette clasp glued on?
No. I secure the metal clasp inside a polymer clay casing that holds it firmly in place, creating a strong, long-lasting attachment.
Will the metallic finish rub off?
I seal the hand-painted colors with polyurethane to help protect them during regular wear. Clean your Gemini hair clip with a soft, dry cloth, and avoid soaking it or using alcohol or chemical cleaners.
Can I send this Gemini hair clip directly as a birthday gift?
Yes! Enter your recipient’s shipping address at checkout. Gift wrapping costs $4.99 per order and includes a silver butterfly organza pouch, silver tissue paper, and a handcrafted gift tag personalized with your message. During the holiday season, I use a snowflake organza pouch instead.
