Processing & Shipping Time

Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, especially for custom orders or out-of-stock items.  For details, see individual items for indidvidual listing processing times. 

Estimated  shipping times: I try to ship products out within 3 days of placing your order, usually by USPS First Class Mail.  If you need faster service, please contact me or select different service during checkout!  Note that priority overseas shipping can get very expensive, so contact me for a quote before placing your order, and I’ll do the best I can to find a reasonably priced shipping method for you.

These are general shipping times for standard shipping with USPS this including free shipping (when offered)
USA: 2-5 business days 
Canada: 4-10 business days 
Europe: 1-4 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-5 weeks 

Shipping guidelines do not factor in delays due to weather, holidays, or postal stalls which are out of my control 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES

To ensure your order is received before December 25th, please observe the standard USPS shipping deadlines below:
USA – Standard or Free shipping – December 17th         
Priority – December 18th         
Priority Express – December 21st
CANADA & INTERNATIONAL  – December 7th
MILITARY APO/FPO – December 10th 

Please Note: Listed dates factor in the processing time it takes me to create and wrap your order.  Orders placed after these dates cannot be rush priority, as processing time still applies.  Shipping deadlines to do not factor in delays due to weather, holidays or postal backlogs which are out of my control. 

Customs and Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import duties that may apply.  I can not be responsible for delays due to customs.  Country of Origin for all products is USA.  Contents and value will be clearly stated on any customs forms to try and avoid any unnecessary delays.

Shipping

All of my pieces ship securely in either double or triple layer bubble wrap envelopes, or in small boxes for more structured pieces.
